Park Plaza Westminster Bridge
200 Westminster Bridge
Rd, London SE1 7UT
In a time of great cultural and social change, in which trends and technological advances are developing so rapidly, EASSE aims to ensure that the focal point of its 5th Conference is a forum of experts debating on educational proposals and experiences which will contribute to creating innovative societies devoted to understanding shared values and their contribution to the future.
Character formation, equality among men and women, and wellbeing, are just some of the educational challenges that experts from the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, Germany, France, Portugal and the United States of America will try to find answers to in this conference. Among those taking part in the forum are Francis Campbell, Vice-Chancellor of St Mary's University, Twickenham, London and Elizabeth Schiltz, Professor of Law University of St.Thomas School of Law, Minneapolis and Daniel Moulin, Associate Fellow at University of Warwick, Coventry.
The 5th Conference will also offer a panel of experts composed of the executive directors of the main world-wide educational organizations of single-sex schools, such as the International Boys’ Schools Coalition, IBSC, the National Coalition of Girls’ Schools, NCGS, the Girls’ Schools Association, GSA and the European Association of Single-Sex Education, EASSE.
EASSE, is a not-for-profit association that is present in 16 European countries and has previously organized four conferences: Barcelona (2007), Rome (2009), Warsaw (2011) and Lisbon (2013).
